I am looking for co-editors for Lunar Poetry magazine. I am still convinced that a regular, cheap poetry magazine is necessary, but, as those of you who read the last issue’s editorial will know, it is no longer possible for me to produce it on my own – even more so with the various other projects Lunar Poetry is now involved in.
So, I want at least two people with a good knowledge of contemporary poetry and a critical mindset to co-edit the magazine with me. The job will mostly consist of reading and choosing submissions, replying to submitters, deciding the running order of the magazine and doing your best to promote the mag. There is also the opportunity to write articles for the mag.
In return you get… nothing, really, except a contributor’s copy of the magazine, a credit, and the satisfaction that comes from selflessly devoting yourself to the arts.
Get in touch at email@example.com and I’ll send you some information. Deadline for expressions of interest is Sunday, 14th June. Cheers.
